Conceptual design of integrated learning in health care (methodology)

The conceptual design of an integrated learning approach to be performed in health care organizations highly rely on practical experience and expert knowledge in health care and educational science. The composition of learning courses particularly need to focus on simplification (cf. Kviecien 2023).

At the other hand the research and development on the subject of integrated learning needs to regard advanced concepts (of methods and technology). The methodology thus includes the work on advanced concepts (partly integrated into the development and performance of the learning courses). (ibid.)

As the research on the advanced concepts is integrated into the practical work the evaluation of the process is of considerable importance.

As part of the integrated learning approach the concept for the evaluation of virtual learning is based on well balanced learning courses, which are curriculum based, performed for about

10 years (2010-2019; participants in total: n= ~2200). These learning courses get outcome evaluated by examination (co-chaired by public authority) and by getting feedback from participants employer (which is a health care organization) about long term aspects of the education. (ibid.) Also other aspects of evaluation of learning processes are considered.
