conference introduction:
This year’s gathering brings together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students to advance how we design, build, and govern technologies and workplaces that are truly centered on people. Across the program, we will explore human-centered design of interactive systems, safety and health at work, safety engineering, and user experience, alongside emerging priorities such as connecting to the European Health Data Space, transforming health care, and envisioning new pathways to a healthy society. We will also examine the human–technology nexus of Industry and Society 5.0 and spotlight the crucial roles of education in ergonomics and ergonomics in education, including the latest in educational technology.
The conference features a rich mix of formats designed for learning and collaboration. Inspiring keynote lectures will frame the big questions and showcase international perspectives. Oral presentations will share cutting-edge research, case studies, and best practices from diverse sectors. Hands-on workshops will provide practical methods, tools, and opportunities to co-create solutions that can be transferred to real-world contexts.
