KOHS introduced a new learning course addressing the \u201cbase and middle management\u201d in health care organizations (via diepartner.at). The learning course is certified according to \u00a764 GuKG (Austrian law).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The learning module \u201cbase and middle management\u201d is structured itself into 6 modules. The education takes place within 9 blocks (presence: 4 times a 3 day block and 1 times a 2 day block; virtual: 3 times a 2 day block and 1 times a 1 day block; in total 21 days (of 9 units per day). Additionally the participants have to self-study along their personal learning portfolio. This learning course is completed by a final examination before a board (including representatives of public authority).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The development of this learning course is based on the experiences with virtual learning and the work on concepts of management in health care (e.g. described in 2012 [1]).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
