The concept means a step further into the upcoming approach of integrated pathways in health care and the increased demand of integrated learning and knowledge (re-)production in health care organisations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The virtual learning concept \u2013 as part of the approach \u2013 has been applied by performing courses with groups of participants of different profession in health care during the last two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The concept offers insights for people involved in management of
education as well as organizational development in health care on how to implement approaches of integrated learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
