At the 69. congress of the “Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Arbeitswissenschaft (GfA)” Harald Kviecien presented an approach focusing on integrated learning for the implementation of new models of sustainability in the health care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The approach, outlined in the publication of this congress (Kviecien 2023) consists of 2 sides: the integrated learning in organizations (left side) and the combined socio-technical system design (STS) and integrated learning from the occupational health institution perspective (right side).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The subject of sustainability is primary associated with the quality of the core processes (in health care) continuously improved by means of OH (occupational health) interventions in connection with STS (the one side) and integrated learning (the other side) organized inside of an (health care) organization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
